This Type 1 heavy duty ladder meets the 250lb rating for ladders, and is perfect for the commercial contractor or the do-it-yourselfer. This is a very high quality ladder, and it's very solid and stable as an extension ladder. Key features include:

We started with the 19.5 foot reach and 250 lb. ANSI Type I rating of our Pro Series telescoping ladder, and then improved upon it with specific enhancements for professionals that require the best tools to do their jobs. The angled rungs are 2.25" deep which make the ladder more comfortable to stand upon for extended periods of time. The matte black finish not only looks amazing, but is both durable and easy to keep clean, even on the most punishing job sites. Like all of our extending ladders, it's easy to transport and carry. The ladder weighs 40 lbs., and closes to 36.5 inches.

In order to keep your ladder functioning properly, it is very important to keep the stiles clean and free from any paint or debris. To clean the ladder the factory recommends using furniture wipes or rubbing alcohol to clean the stiles and rungs (do NOT use a mineral or oil based cleaner).
This ladder is brand new and ships fully assembled in original factory box. This ladder comes with a 6 month manufacturers warranty.  We have found that about 99% of all ladder problems turn up in the first 6 months of ownership, and the factory is VERY good about standing behind their products.
