Vintage Pez Smurf set of dispensers 3.9 Made in Austria, Complete set thin feet

Description

Group of 7 smurf pez.  3.9 made in Austria for 6 but one was made in Yugoslavia.
Papa smurf's head is a bit loose.
I believe these are the thin feet versions
(2) different blue colored stems.  Perhaps intentionally?  Or, the dye lot in Austria was different than the dye lot in Yugoslavia..?  Both colored stems are included.
