    Description

    This listing is for a scarce, hard to find valentine - a vinegar valentine.  Valentines Day, because it is a "sweet" holiday, has often created a feeling of rebellion in some folks - hence, a "vinegar" valentine as opposed to a sweet one.  The vinegar valentines are often insulting, sarcastic, and sometimes even mean.  They usually feature illustrations that are "comic" in style.  Vinegar valentines have been around just about as long as Valentines Day.  This is one of several that I have for sale, and it features the "Golf Champ".  It is lithographed (an old style of printing that gives a beautiful hand finish look to the color printing) on regular sized paper.
