EXCHANGE LISTING
where we will send you a climate control module from our stock, and then you will return your bad control back to us. You will receive a climate control module that has been completely rebuilt and tested and it will come with a ONE YEAR WARRANTY (requires core return).
This transaction requires posting a
REFUNDABLE CORE DEPOSIT OF AFTER YOU BUY THE ITEM.
No item will be shipped out without paying the core deposit. As soon as you return your core back to us, we will issue a
REFUND
and you will receive notification in your
email inbox
that the payment has been refunded. Core return is required to activate our 1 year warranty.

How It Works

After paying for this item you will have two options to complete the transaction:

If you think you need longer than 15 days to return your core, send us an eBay message

Once you have taken care of the core deposit, we will send you our module. Then, after you have installed it on your vehicle and ensured that everything is working properly, send us back your old module. Once it arrives, we will refund your core deposit.

Common symptoms of faulty climate control:
- Air does not come out from the desired vents, stuck on defrost or floor
- Air switch from vents to defrost during acceleration
- Stock on hot or cold air only
- Control does not send signal to A/C compressor or blend door motor actuator
- Cannot control Fan Speed - only High, only Low, or no Fan at all (contact me if you have this issue)
- Display is inoperable

We do repair the broken "soft" buttons, however, they are NOT "Brand New Original Buttons". These buttons have never been available for purchase, and so we order special order custom hard plastic replacements. Extra time is spent so that your control looks its best, but please do not be attached to how it looked originally.
Returning your core
- We will pay shipping to you, you'll pay shipping back to us
- Your core must be complete, part number must match
- No water, fire, or physical damage, no cracked LCD displays will be accepted
- If you or someone else attempted to repair the control, contact us first. Repairs require special skills and circuit boards can be easily destroyed by an unprofessional approach, resulting in an
irreparable
core
- Please, return the Core within 30 days period from the date of purchase to ensure proper core refund.
Shipping & Handling
The USPS Priority Mail shipping price stated in this listing applies only when shipping within the United States. Optional USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days) is available during checkout for an additional fee. International shipping is calculated during checkout. All international orders will ship via USPS Express International. All packages sent to apartment buildings and all packages shipped via USPS Express will require a signature at the time of delivery.
