New GM OEM Overhead Console A/C Heater Fan Control # 15189859. This was used in various GM trucks and SUVs from 2003-2006. Please see the application chart above. These are OEM new old stock. They were obtained in a buyout from a GM assembly plant when they changed over model years. Since they were for installation in an assembly plant, they are bulk packed loose with no individual packaging or instructions. These are what was used in the original vehicles and have been stored in a warehouse since then; you can’t get much more OEM than that.
