    Description

    Tested and working OEM DENSO AX064700-5870 12volt.  Tested this on my own 1998 Honda Civic
    I know this fits 1996 to 2000 Honda civics. Other models Im not sure of. I went on others sellers info for the CRV and the Insight.
    It's in great used shape and has been tested. I have a few of these so you will get one like the one in the pictures but all are the same and work great.
    *If your center vents are not working this could be the reason. Very easy to replace using a phillips screwdriver to remove two screws and disconnecting the wire connector and metal control arm which only your hands. This is located on the left hand side drivers footwell towards the center console no other items need  to be removed to replace it.
