    Hello! Today I am offering a rare piece of Grateful Dead concert memorabilia - a "26 (2)" copy of the September 16-17,1966 Avalon Ballroom, San Francisco concert by the Grateful Dead.     PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO BIDDING - I am offering this AS IS:
    - Poster has pin holes at each corner, and at top and bottom center
    - Poster shows tears on the edges.
    - Poster shows a chunk missing at the lower right edge.
    - Poster shows tape yellowing at the top edge
    - Poster shows extensive glue residue (not sticky) on the back.
    - Poster shows pen mark at the light blue center.
    - Poster shows some yellowing on the original white portion of the piece.
    This is the second edition of this poster.
    It is marked "26 (2) at the lower left corner.

    Considered by collectors as being the most famous, and most desirable Family Dog poster.
    Artist: Original 1920s-era work of Edward Joseph Sullivan (1869-1933) as Line - An Art Study, 1920-1922.  (Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam). Stanley Mouse added color and additional graphics, for the more iconic graphic we see today, representing the Grateful Dead. Noted "Mouse! Studios 66" on the poster.
