THIS IS MY GUESS: I purchased in an estate sale, and it appears to be metal/enamel, in a pink rough frame. It caught my eye. kinda want to keep it. You can buy with the frame, or I can take it out, as the shipping would be alot cheaper. The frame is very heavy. So your choice. Let us know. A very unique collectible.
