Shipping Guarantee:
Your Neon Sign comes with a Shipping Guarantee Against Breakage during shipment. Our Neon Signs are designed to withstand the rigorous USPS, FedEx & UPS handling process, which exponentially reduces the chance of breakage during the delivery of your sign. Unfortunately, under extreme handling and abuse, even our packaging is sometimes unable to protect your sign against damage during shipment. When your sign is shipped it contains a notice on the outer box telling you to open the box and check for breakage within 24 hours of receipt of the sign. Damage can be easily reported to us via email. It is IMPORTANT that you open up your packaging, and check your neon sign for damage within 24 hours of delivery. If we are notified of the damage within 24 hours, we will promptly take care of all repairs, parts, or sign replacement at absolutely no cost to our customer. We may require pictures of the damage in order to determine the most efficient way to take care of your damaged sign. Any sign reported to have shipping damage MUST still be in the original boxes; NO EXCEPTIONS. After the initial 24-hour delivery period, we will repair or replace any sign within one year. All return shipping charges to send your sign to us, as well as charges for us to send out a repaired or replacement sign, will be the responsibility of the customer. Signs shipped "bill to receiver", or needing the payment of any fees, duties, or taxes will not be accepted by us.
