RETURN POLICY
To return an item/to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization), customers must contact us via eBay message within 30 days span time. The item must be returned in its original condition as purchased.
WARRANTY
The warranty period starts when you take possession of the part. All the parts come with a 30-day replacement/refund warranty.
We will replace or refund the part purchase price, at our discretion, If a part fails to operate within the warranty period.
Warranty only applies to the original purchaser.
FOR PARTS THAT ARE NOT DEFECTIVE BUT ARE RETURNED
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded for the same.
Once an RMA is obtained, you can ship the item back to us. After the part is received and inspected by the team, we will issue an immediate refund accordingly.
All our parts are marked with a unique identifier before shipping to customers to ensure customers take in and we expect the same receiver part back if returned.
